The FDHRC™ has made the decision to cease offering the NDHCE™ via virtual proctoring on a go-forward, indefinitely basis. The NDHCE™ will ONLY be offered in testing centres in Canada. 

The FDHRC™ has developed Step-by-Step Guides on how to apply whether this is your first time applying or you have  applied/taken the exam previously.
